What these texts are

Dorr Mechanical LLC is a commercial HVAC contractor in Oxford, Mississippi. We send text messages to customers about their work with us. That includes appointment confirmations and reminders, technician arrival and schedule updates, job status updates, quotes, and invoices or payment reminders. These texts come from our job management system (Simpro). We do not send marketing or promotional texts.

How you sign up

We are moving SMS opt-in for HVAC service bookings into writing on our service paperwork. The consent box will be unchecked by default. Customers will opt in by checking it, and we will keep the written record. Giving us your mobile number by itself is not consent to texts. Consent to texts is not required to purchase service.

How often we text

Message frequency varies. It depends on your jobs and appointments with us. Most customers get a few texts per job.

How to stop texts

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. We'll send one text confirming you've been unsubscribed, and after that you won't get any more texts unless you sign up again. To start again, reply START or call our office.

Carriers
